"I had booked myself on to all three of the Excel Extras training series you delivered yesterday and I am so pleased that I did. I would put myself in the “good” category of my Excel knowledge and usage, however I have clearly not been keeping up with the recent developments and enhancements Microsoft have been making to Excel as I learned so much in each of the courses, I almost don’t know which of the many new skills to develop first! In terms of the course content, you would need to have a good, basic understanding of Excel including working practice on building data tables, how to use a handful of the very basic formulas required to analyse and manipulate data. With this in mind I felt the volume was perfect in each of the one hour sessions.

Your delivery style was very engaging from the start. It was evident (and re-assuring) that your knowledge and expertise of Excel was vast through the way you progressed through explaining the specific subjects throughout the course. It was all very clear and well-constructed. In addition, the examples used were varied but I felt everyone on the course could understand and relate to them.

I am delighted that I will have access to these sessions again as they were recorded. This means I will be able to refresh myself as an when required."
